How can I purchase my ticket?
Visitors can purchase tickets online in advance or at the box office. We accept cash and all major credit cards at the box office as well as the gift shop. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
How long does the exhibition take to visit?
The average visit time is approximately one hour. However, your visit may take longer or shorter depending on your interests and pace. Check our opening hours to plan your visit and make the most of your experience!
Is there a minimum age requirement to visit the exhibition?
There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to six years old are welcome to enter for free with an accompanying adult.
Can I take photographs or videos in the exhibition?
Yes, you are welcome to take photographs and videos in the exhibition. Please be mindful of other visitors and avoid blocking pathways while taking photos.
What facilities are available at the exhibition?
Restrooms are available for visitor use, and our gift shop offers a variety of options for souvenirs or gifts. Feel free to “Exit Through the Gift Shop”! Please note that there is no cloakroom or locker available, so we encourage you to travel light. Additionally, the exhibition is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Other Visitor Policies:
Dogs are allowed to enter the exhibition area, but we kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and under control at all times. You are also welcome to enter the exhibition with a baby stroller.
